Students get mental health help
University students suffering poor mental health can now receive help via a newly-launched e-learning platform.
The platform, embedded in a WeChat account titled Shanghai Campus Psychology, was officially launched yesterday.
It was developed by the Shanghai Student Mental Health Development Center, affiliated to the city’s education commission.
It provides nearly 200 online psychological courses to help solve what bothers today’s university students including neurotic perfectionism, frustration with failure as well as anxiety triggered by overwhelming study pressures.
It also has a “message board” where users can exchange point of views and seek advice from fellow students or psychology teachers.
“We embedded the service in WeChat as students can use the service anytime, anywhere,” said Zhang Haiyan, counsellor of the Shanghai Student Mental Health Development Center. “It is convenient and effective. Also, students can directly forward the online courses via WeChat and share ideas.”

上海高校心理健康教育大赛在松举行
本报讯（记者 陈燕）日常生活中常见的嫉妒和妒忌心理有何不同？大学生们应如何对待“习得性无助”心理？如何克服拖延症？……第九届上海高校心理健康教育“移动微课程”大赛日前在华东政法大学举行，针对大学生中常见的热点心理问题，全市多所高校的10名心理教师以微课程的方式进行分析，给出对策。
大赛自5月份启动以来，共收到来自15所高校的近70件参赛作品。经过最终评审，东华大学的魏冰获一等奖，上海师范大学的张翔云和上海建桥学院的刘林艳获得二等奖，上海理工大学的朱旭、华东政法大学的赵燕飞和上海工程技术大学的陈鑫获得三等奖。
现场比赛结束后，全国首个基于移动端开发的高校心理健康教育类微网站——上海高校心理健康教育微课程网站上线发布。该网站根据《普通高等学校学生心理健康教育课程教学基本要求》进行板块设计，将近200个课件按照不同主题进行归类，用户可以根据自身需要，选择相应课件进行学习，为学生、教师和心理学爱好者提供了丰富的在线资源。
据华东政法大学心理健康咨询中心相关负责人介绍，近年来，大学生咨询心理健康问题的人数逐渐增多，学生心理健康教育越来越受到重视。参赛教师的选题契合当代大学生热点心理问题，如日常生活中常见的嫉妒心、“习得性无助”、拖延症、恋爱中的罗密欧与朱丽叶效应等多个方面。华东政法大学参赛教师赵燕飞告诉记者，她之所以选择“习得性无助”这个题目是因为在平常工作中发现不少同学遇到了这样的情况，因为不能正确看待和应对过去的失败，进而演变成了学业困难、情感问题等等。她希望更多学生关注到这个生活中的现象，用更积极合理的方式应对。来自上海20余所高校的近百名心理健康教育领域教师和学生代表观看了大赛。
大赛由上海市教委德育处指导，上海学生心理健康教育发展中心主办，华东政法大学承办。为了扩大本次大赛的影响力，让优秀课件影响更多群体，各参赛高校将通过各类平台对本校课件进行推广。
